Hi ladies

Thought I would post in here since I am a lady and looking forward to chatting with like minded ladies about everything from cardio, weights to nutrition etc

I am hoping to compete in figure either later this year or early next year for the first time so working hard at the mo. :nod:

Weight train 5 days a week and cardio 6 days a week and I love it.

Food is the hard part for me I love it but working hard at sticking to my plan
