doing a cycle half pie training?

Recommended Posts

some of you will know about my shoulder issues preventing me for training properly so Im just training in relatively light weights..

Still making regular gains though..

So a question for you guys, if you were in my position and also remembering Im on TRT so no need to worry about PCT, would you bother doing a cycle if you had access to very very cheap gear..

Lets say cost of gear wasn't a factor..

Do you think its worth me doing a cycle while training in lightish weights?

I'm thinking Im still going to get the benefit of some added muscle and some weight loss?

And later after my shoulder op, I can still access cheap gear so nothing lost.. Thoughts please guys?

I would stay on just because I could. If never coming off is your mantra. don't.

it isn't a waste if you can afford it. Nothing wrong with wanting a strong wood in the morning.

cool, I got 5 vials of sustanon 250 sitting here. Was wondering if I should make use of them.. Cheers for that severe..

if you come off you may need PCT. 'May' need. If you only need a month or so to recover, then go for it. But perhaps hearing from others would also benefit you.

Perhaps you could organise some deca to aid with reducing the shoulder pain. Works on my knees.

No decca wont help my shoulder.. It's a rotator cuff tear.. Its a near full thickness tear.. Only hanging on by 10%. That's why I cant push too heavy..

Re decca: Last time I took decca, my hair line decreased rapidly so I wont touch it again.. And yes, I know decca isn't supposed to do that but in my case it definitely did regardless of what any one says...

Re PCT - Im on TRT so PCT shouldn't be a concern because Im never coming off.. Im loving being on TRT to ever stop lol... Life's never been better..

cheers for the advice severe.. Much appreciated mate.

What does your title mean? Half pie training wtf?

Gee, how long have you been training for?

Havent you ever heard of the half pie method?

You train with half a pie in one hand and you are not allowed to drop it..

It's the in thing now, didn't you know?
