Hey guys any feedback on this periodized plan for rugby training?

I know its a bit to digest but the main aspect im interested in feedback on is the exercise selection, reps/sets and rest periods for each phase;

Plan starts on page 11

Hypertrophy

Strength

Power

Have taken this season off due to new baby but wanting to hit next season in good shape

Periodized training is good. I don't think this is true periodization training though typically have and endurance (10-20), Hypertropy (10-6) and Strength (6-2) rep range.

Whereas the program above has a hypertropy, strength and something they call power, which I would say is still the strength rep range.

Also I don't like the idea of full body workouts if you go balls to the walls you won't be able to recover fast enough. I prefer splits.

It will take you sometime before you realize what weights you will have to use for these rep ranges.
