That's a good idea Leeroid about having the Gym Rat Supplement stack I should mention that to eat me as fair as recovery goes just whey and if you are bulking just now I would add in Dextrose into your post work shake also if you have bad doms in your quads it be a very good idea to buy your self a zimmer frame.Awesome idea Phedder about having a Gym Rat photo shoot in the house when I am in Wellys next
