hey everybody!. 23 yr old male from the naki been gyming it for about 14 months now my specs are...

weight=105 kg currently carrying quite a bit of body fat. goal is 110 clean

bench= 140 kg

squat= 160 kg . I hate squats . need to improve form

deadlift=180 kg

supplements=ON whey, Assault pre, gaspari Size-on, multi and fish oils

come from a dairy farming background which has given me a decent structure to start with. and my current job of a concrete layer helps a lot too.

any comments or questions feel free to throw them at me.
