I know this is potentially in the wrong forum, but I wanted to make sure I got a power training perspective. I was thinking of starting back on creatine or something similar. I felt this helped my training in the past. Is there a particular product any of you recommend? Have you read much about taurine for example? I keep pretty basic on the supplement front – will begin multi vits again soon (good to do for winter) and will also go back on the fish oil. I use whey powder and my diet is solid. What do you think the optimal supplement range is to take? What are the best combinations?
