i have about 1 week left of my Metaphysics Lean Shot Powder i love this so much, but i'm thinking of trying something different for a change ..... has anyone tried CytoSport Muscle Milk????? if so would are you reviews for this products the favours sounds nice, i'm a big fan of Root Beer =D i heard rumors that is bad for you..... i don't know if this is true?

Muscle milk always seems to be sold out on some websites, so that may be a indication of its popularity, as to its effectiveness??? :shrug:

tastes really nice and i prefer it over whey has alot of good fats and settles well in my guts has no lactose. gram for gram if your looking for straight protein content there is alot cheeper out there but muscle milk is a good supplement IMO and worth it
