I'd tend to agree. Looking at Kai Greene in 1999, to me, he looked a lot more aesthetic and that kind of physique is what I would like to be. It's still bloody massive compared to normal people but it's not so muscly to the point of being grotesque. Not that I think it's grotesque but I can see how people can be repulsed at the sight.

I do agree with Sergio as well, most people back in Arnold, Segio and Zane's time wanted to look like to competitors.

I couldn't say the same about the state of bodybuilding now.
