I can understand your frustration and even share in it. Both my son and I have been accused of using steroids a few times as well. It is frustrating that people think we only got to the level we are at (and mine isn't very high anyway) because of synthetic help.

I guess all we can do is take it as a back-handed compliment.

I just started a new account on here because i only wanna post in this thread really.

i wanna do this because my name has been bought up in this thread, on my banning the reason was offering aas and i dont think its fair that this website imply and lets everyone on here assume thats what i was doing.

so firstly i would like to say i did not offer cande00 any AAS.

cande00 (psuedonym) started the thread and obviously people private messaged that alias. i did too. my message said something along the lines of "i can help you out" (i cannot see my message because i cant get onto my old account). no where did i mention, steroids or drugs. i mentioned help. for someone who works in media i personally thought he would be a little better at interpretation. help is another word for advice. im yet to find a thesaraus where help = steroids. i dont do bussiness on this forum weather is be personal training or nutrition for cash i get their mobile phone number and everything is dealt with outside of the forum. so i find it hard to believe i would offer you steroids at all let alone offer you steroids over this forum.

so if you want to ban me for something else thats fine just do that though. post the messages you got sent up on the forum for everyone to see. my names got mentioned and all i offered you was "help" but i dont see the capo committee members name anywhere in this thread and he sent you a whole detailed price list.

so you know, fair is fair, all or nothing... dont start a thread and half share the details post them all up or just dont at all.

I don't think one persons actions should tar a whole fed as you say. I would hope that appropriate action is taken by the committee. As Danny said most people see powerlifting in NZ as one sport. Allowing that sort of thing to happen is the start of a slippery slope.

A CAPO Committee member hasn't been implicated as Tom has indicated. Yes there is still investigations going on - but I can assure you all the -person in reference is not on the board of CAPO in NZ and has never been.

Im sure they appreciate your concern Dan but as I understand it the CAPO team are focused on other things - and are not privileged to the information you are referring to. Im not sure why you would ask or expect them to comment on this? ....

Was a comment in regards to protecting NZ powerlifting. I hope NZ powerlifting doesn't come to that AAS cross roads that I'm cynically thinking of. Onwards on upwards for NZ powerlifting - both feds #SALUTE

I passed the User names of those who PM'd me to site Admin. Unfortunately those members were promoted to Senior or Moderator status

Its sad dealers are operating this way. Wont be too long till they infiltrate Facebook. Next thing you know your getting PM'd pricelists during your daily FB stalk

Seems like the beginning of a steroid pandemic. Statistics show by the year 2015, the worlds steroid users will be at an all time high of 0.47999%.

I think the only way we can counter this is to delete the steroid thread and ban all enhanced members. Hopefully other forums will follow, time to lead the way Psyuoedom

Thank you Nate. I think that says it all.

The replies from Tom and another member were undoubtedly an offer to supply. Therefore we had no choice but to ban them. (And given the number of opportunities we've had to ban Tom previously, why would we make this one up?)

As for the CAPO issue, now that Opti has cleared that up, let's not get drawn into federation politics.
