Looks good, I might enter RAW will aim for a 190kg bench at 89.5kg's just hope I can nail a 170kg squat this time :pfft:

Are there regulations of the type of belt you can use for CAPO?

Yes there are a few:

You can use a leather, cloth,vinyl or nylon belt but has to have no padding, bracing or support on the surface or in the material itself. So you couldn't use a bodybuilding padded belt. You can use a one/ two pronged belt or a lever belt. You are allowed to have your name or club on your belt.

The width of belt is to be a maximum of 10cm. Thickness of the belt to be a maximum of 13mm along the main length.
