hi all, seeings as I jumped straight in and asked some questions in another forum thought I should jump back and intro myself.

Gym training is relatively new to me ,only been trying for a coupla years and already 40 is looming so I started pretty late.

I'm after some muscle mass but am pretty realistic and apart from that want to keep my general fitness up and also I find gym people good to be around as they're positive and doing things to improve their lives.

my partner (hopefully she'll intro herself soon)is the nutrition fiend so that makes my life easier, my main contribution to good food sense is moderating my chocolate and beer intake.
