Letrozole + Nolvadex for gyno

Recommended Posts

23 years old, never touched any form of AAS in my life, developed puberty gyno during my teen years when I was overweight, never went away even at ~10% BF the lumps (larger under left nip) have never reduced whatsoever.

Anyway I've heard of a combination of these two working to reduce/get rid of existing gyno, even in those who have never done a cycle.

Does anyone have any experience/advice? Surgery is not really an option for me right now.

Thanks.

Surgery is the only way to get rid of it for good. why not an option? cost?

You need fairly decent doses of letro to put a dent in established gyno, and you will get sides from it at those doses, possibly quite unpleasant ones. It won't completely get rid of gyno you've had for years either although it will probably reduce it

If its small and your lean enough but not too lean ask the doctor whats best condition to be in. Suggested Min of 2-3 months stable Weight/Chest Measurements.

I have seen my mates quote for around 5000$ from a NZ Doctor, If you don't need much liposuction work. With the local anesthetic option. 1 Hour Operation.

Cost is a major factor, but also due to what I do for a living can't afford to be off for x amount of weeks recovery (physical job).

If there is something that would -at least- possibly reduce it, then why not? I'm not 100% on all the side effects but main ones I've heard is loss of sex drive which isn't a problem and from what I've read I haven't come across any serious long term effects.

Yeah, as stated, joints will get sore, possibly painful, will destroy libido (unless on gear), lethargy, mood swings, wreak havoc with blood lipids, affect strength, bad skin, etc

I've used letro as an AI on cycle before but only at low enough dose to keep gyno at bay, not to reverse it. Was only 0.0625mg EOD and I could tell I was on it, kept the gyno away though

If you take high dose letro for a couple months, those sides could get very bad and last a long time. I've heard of people who were in a lot of pain and couldn't even walk around properly (and def couldn't train). The hormonal sides would be bad too. You wouldn't make it for a couple months without being on gear

interesting .... i had mine gynecomastia removed yesterday. Im in so much pain today, anyway mine was no where near $5000 it was $13000. I was quoted 2.5 hours and it ended up taking 4. I had Surgeon Martin Rees from Auckland who works quite slow to produce best results hes a plastic surgeon hence the price. I had the complete gland removed

Did you not look into getting it done in Thailand.

That's so expensive man.

I understand the thailand option but seemed easier doing it at home its not just the surgeon ya pay for .. operating theatre was $1000 an hour, consumables $2000, surgeon $5500, anethetis $1200, adds up real quick, im not a fat person but i had it pretty bad went all the way under my armpits. Hopefully thats the end of that
