being accused/charged with a crime means f*ck all. didnt even know gyms cared/asked about convictions except for in the case of employees just like most workplaces do when hiring employees.

sure there are plenty of other gyms not owned by phaggots that ** etc can train at tho

yeah true but if it was drunk driving charges or something it would be totally different. as a gym owner it's just risk management, thinking about the very likely media backlash only a matter of time before shit like "oh you knew there were drug dealers in your gym but you didn't take any action? brb club physical housing drug dealers, don't send your kids there they will get hooked on some serious shit".

if i was them i would not be surprised at all that the gym owner doesn't welcome me to their gym anymore. don't know about the legalities of it all though, maybe there is something in the fine print (or not) about such things.
