universal animal pak/waxy maize

just ordered some of this stuff

was looking for a multi and came across it, has anybody on here tried it?

and also was thinking about getting some waxy maize to put in my post-workout shake with WPC and creatine (instead of using a banana for the simple carbs)

been taking animal pak for a couple of days now, one thing I have noticed is that my piss isnt bright green, which is quite surprising considering the high levels of b-vitamins in it

Just a cheap multi maybe opti-men thats what I use, waxy mazie is a waste of time and tastes like chalk.
