9/4/13 Quads 99KG

Leg ext100kg x 3sets of 12

Squats 100x20, 120x20, 140x18, 160x 15

Walking kettle bell lunges 28kg each hand 20 steps

Leg press 10p x20 , 12px10, 14p x20 14p with 2 bands x 15

Good workout, great pump, diet 100%. Quads are slightly over-dominant so I've been using a slightly lower bar squat and a slightly higher foot placement on leg press.

Took a quick self pic, Pulled the trigger on 50g of Deca powder.

@Leeroid, second cycle.

Awesome squats man, huge wheels!

Why don't you add in some straight leg deads or Hammie curls to target your hammies directly if they are bit under developed compared to quads?

I think he has a seperate hammie day.

Quads looking sick brathaa. Some good weight being moved too. How long u been training for?

I don't think so, if you read what he says about foot placement on squats and leg press to target hammies, and he calls it Leg day not just quads. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

Posted to late last night :tired:

This is my quad day, but I'm currently trying to incorporate my hamstrings to give them an extra workout ahead of their specific day. Ideally at the end of the workout, my quads are fried and my hamstrings are pumped.
