So first off I asked this in a dead thread so I'll ask here. When pinning I know you're not supposed to use the same spot due to scar tissue build up etc, what I was curious about is how often you should move it round? Example is I've only used my quads so far right one Friday and left one Monday and each time I've used a different spot on the outside quad - lower, upper etc. Is this enough or should I be pinning in different parts entirely?

Second Q - regarding cutting on test/clen - is this "generally" done with 250 per week TE + the clen as you'd normally run it and if so is there a general or preferred length of time for this kind of cut?

Last random for the night - if you're holding a good amount of water lets randomly say 10kg and you were looking quite puffy and started taking adex how much of that water/puffyness would drop? And would using it actually be that detrimental to the effectiveness of the test ( I only ask due to a few comments I've heard )

Lastly be gentle when answering because hey it's hump day and we should all just love each other. Thanks in advance <3!

I know that I'm not experienced or big enough to give advice, but I'll just try and answer what I know.

Q1, I personally rotate the delts, ventroglutes, quads and dorsogluteal muscle. I'd give as much time to recover as possible although I'd say once every week or so would be algood. I know AZIDE alternates 1ml in his delts everyday and he ended up having some trouble (a minor infection?). I think it'd depend on the volume of oil u inject too as more oil would need more time to dissipate. I also use the smallest gauge needle I can use, a 25g. It's slower to inject but hardly leaves a mark whereas with a 23g, the injection site is conspicuous for a few days.

Q2, won't try to answer your question as I have no experience.

Q3, Using AIs won't reduce the anabolic effect of the steroids unless you're dropping your estrogen below normal levels. Lots of people claim that you make less gains if you use an aromatase inhibitor because you're not gaining as much water/fat weight. In terms of actual muscle gains, it shouldn't have a detrimental effect as far as I know. But as for bloat and puffiness, it depends on whether your diet is high in sodium as well. It will definitely help though as I understand bodybuilders run high doses of AIs during the last weeks of contest prep to prevent the body from retaining excess water.

My stats are shit though so just ignore what I wrote.

Question - why would you say Mon/Thurs is better than Mon/Friday? As for why I'm doing that - TBH not really sure probably because I got the gear late on a Thursday night and started the next day haha

Yeah Im using small guage - the marks there for a day and a bit then goneski - as far as the feeling - first couple of times it felt a bit bruised under the skin the next day or 2 but I stretch my legs quite a lot and also use a foam roller frequently so it "feels" like its all good really quickly after. It's also just 1ml at a time ( 500 per/w ) guess I could try delts sometime though

Apologies, ignore my statement, I went full retard there for a moment. Monday friday is pretty much the same as mon thurs, just the longer gap is during the week not the weekend. I thought for a moment that you were doing Monday Saturday sort of thing so an unbalanced gap
