Provisional Timetable:

Session 1

Weigh in: 8:00am

Women : All weight classes

Men: 53kg-83kg

Start: 10am

Session 2

Weigh in: 12:00pm

Men 93kg-120+kg

Start: 2:00pm

Competition Rules

Only lifters registered with the APA and NZPF can lift in this event. The gear check will be conducted at the time of the weigh in. Only IPF approved gear will be accepted.

Live Stream

Superb event!

Great atmosphere and crowd :)

I met some nice people and seen some monster weights being hoisted...

Just want to say a big thank you to all who organized, spotted, loaded, sponsored, participated or helped out in any way. :clap:
