All these "fat burner" products are horrible, I'd stay away from them.

If you're having trouble to lose body fat, you're not eating properly. Remember that 90% of what you look like is what you put into your body, the rest of it is the training you do and which goals your trying to achieve.

Discipline is the key.

I use ripped freak pre workout myself and Ive never had any problems and I actually find it more effective than SuperPump but each to their own. Either get checked out bout the light headedness or lower ur dosage. It only says to not EXCEED the dosage there is no harm in taking less. Everyones physiology is different

yup exactly, get yourself checked out first to make sure you're all good (last thing you want is to black out or something when you're on the lockout of a big bench press or something).

after that you might have the urge to finish up this expensive bottle of pwo.. you could go with half servings as suggested and if it doesn't work for you, take a break and try again. i used to love PWOs too but ultimately slowly transitioned from 1 serving to half a serving per workout to half a serving every 2nd workout, then switching to coffee and now i don't bother with anything at all besides a banana and orange juice pre workout. biggest thing i noticed quality of sleep is so much better since cutting it out
