So, Im reading through a few threads on here about...Diet/Nutirtion :P

I got an app on my phone someone recomended. myfitnesspal.

Apparently if I want to gain weight, my calorie intake should be 2750 based on my age, height, current weight and occuptation.

Can someone translate that into actual food for me?

I have access to your usual food. I see a common reoccurence or Oats/whey/chicken ect.

My goal is to put on lean muscle, Im at 77kg or there abouts right now. I want to hit at least 80, if not more (that would be awesome)

Awesome, thank you.

Is there like, a site or something that will show me approx cal values for foods? My wife does the shopping and is a tuppaware freak, hardly anything is left in its original packet :P

I thought MyFitnessPal had a big database of nutritional data for foods?

From memory, there are a few sites that will give you cal values but I usually just check the packs when I buy food.

Carbs: x4

Protein: x4

Fat: x9

Myfittnesspal does have a massive database of foods you can search and you can even see what percantage of you foods are fats, carbs and protein. Even more useful is you can see a list of how much sugars, saturated fats, vitamins you are getting on a daily basis as well. I don't know how people found time to figure all this shit out before.
