Seminar! Nfinite Health and Fitness Napier, in conjunction with Nabba/WFF NZ, TopMark Nutrition and EastCoast Muscle, extend a warm welcome and invite everyone to participate ina seminar on Saturday 23 March, to be held at Nfinite Health and Fitness at 10.45am, Carlyle Street in Napier. This seminar will cover bodybuilding preparation, nutrition and general health and wellbeing.

Those speakers in attendance will be Kagan Orton, current NABBA Junior World Champion, Topmark Nutrition and Eastcoast Muscle sponsored athlete, as well as Aron Noble, current NABBA/WFF Athletic Class 4 National Champion, Shotgun Supplement and EastCoast Muscle sponsored athlete. Both gentlemen have a wealth of knowledge and will be answering all questions relating to their preparation for the upcoming NABBA/WFF shows, NABBA/WFF physique and athletic classes, nutrition and general health.

Thank you to Nic Hawes from TopMark Nutrition for generously providing samples and give aways for the day and Jonno (Jonathon Hall) for holding this event at Nfinite Health and Fitness. Please note, there will be no cover charge for this seminar, but we do ask for a gold coin donation. The money raised will be presented to Hawkes Bay Health, in order to raise awareness and understanding towards mental health. We look forward in seeing everyone there.
