Ventrogluetal injection

Does anyone use the ventrogluteal site for injecting intramuscularly?

I was just looking at it today and it seems like a weird spot as the muscle doesn't seem to be very deep over there and it's right above the hip bones. Could it hit your hip extensors or anything?

Yup it's good... Easy access... No won't hit ur hip bond unless u inject it into ur hip lol
