So I can keep track of what I eat for the next 6 weeks. Critiques welcome ;)

Sunday 17th:

80gm Natural museli oats with handful of raisins and handful of chopped dried apricots. 3/4 cup plain yoghurt

3 healtheries rice cakes

Banana

Homemade pumpkin soup

Clean chicken sausage roll (wheat wrap instead of pastry. Chicken mince, cottage cheese, garlic and grated onion/carrot/courgette for filling

Homemade protein bite

Peach

Homemade smoothie- 1 banana, 1 cup frozen berries, 1 cup trim milk, 1 cup yoghurt

Herbal tea
