IFBB pros are tweeting and instagramming about you now mate, they see that raw potential shining through.

I had hoped to see Flex train, but he tweaked his back so skipped training...bummer was picking him to be a beast in the gym with those leverages.

Saw him at Dohertys in Melbourne post training ... one of the thickest muscled humans I have ever seen

By all accounts his training session at LM City was a sight to see. 80kg p/s on Hammer Strength shoulder press machine  (no room for more weight!) and perfect form Lateral Raises with 25kg Dumbells....

I give up.... :pfft:

Did you see his set up?

I'm asking because [when I'm all DBol'd up] I can do 4 plates per side on it for about 6-8 reps. But it depends on the seat position, if I'm starting the press with the handles at chin height it's not that hard... but down at chest height it's completely different - impossible for me. It's not comparable to barbell shoulder presses.

It's been a little while since I was loading it up like that... can't remember if it fills up at 4pps... I'm thinking maybe it's 5pps that he did... are you sure you counted right?

Pretty mean Lateral Raises! Paused at the top?

Not sure if you've used that thing before? When I'm all DBol'd up I can do 4pps on it for about 6-8 reps.

Plz tell us more..
