i just hope they stay that size when they lean out and get some separation happening :pray:

fuu jelly of calves, the hardest feckin part to grow imo.

still no huge strength increases from the tren, im sleeping fine now but i noticed my irritability and aggression has gone up.

good example was this morning, was doing cardio walking up this set of stairs on the hill. and this little old lady's dog almost got caught under my foot, it was one of those fucken chihuahua ugly c*nt of a dog. i felt like picking it up and tearing it in half :lol:

had to stop and think damn, calm down son. :x

anyway this last week of training i adopted a bit of Dorian Yates HIT sort of style, not as much volume as usual. and with starting the keto diet i could judge and assess energy levels in the gym.

trained hamstrings on friday and back yesterday.

this was yesterdays back session

finished off with 5 sets of these. i really like them cos they isolate the lats and depending on your body angle you can get a mean stretch and contraction.

did 30min cardio after, and that morning did 40min fasted cardio, feeling a bit tired today. resting from gym today will just go back and do some light cardio tonight.

forgot to add yesterday, decided to just keep the test at 500mg per week, its a pain in the arse measuring 350 and ive got enough test as well.

muscles feel flat as f*ck on keto, as expected. getting some good vascularity form tren, diet, cardio combo.

legs are starting to show some tiny veins :D which i think i said before but dont usually happen for me until im at least 10%bf which im definitely not.

weight is not really changing but bodyfat is going down slowly??? weird.......

update......

weighed in this 125.4kgs!!! :shock: :shock:

that means ive put on over a kg since last week. even though im doing 2 cardio sessions daily, calories are well in deficit, consuming 3000 cals at the moment on keto which is more than enough for me to be losing.

its just confusing me :think: :think:

must be effects of the tren, because im positive im losing BF and looking leaner so thats a positive, but gaining weight, possibly lean mass goes against all the rules. been reading up a lot about weight loss and tren and many find it hard.

ive got 10 weeks left on my prep, if im putting on weight and not losing BF il be concerned, seeing the coach 2mrw so she can confirm this. if its not good news i may not do the show and just use this time as a recomping period.

just to add to that, feeling lethargic as f*ck during the day, i think its due to the keto diet, only been doing it 9 days with no carbs and thought about throwing in the towel last night :lol: il give it until saturday, have my cheat meal then reassess.

did a variety of movements to hit all 3 heads of the delt, looks like a bit of volume but only took just over an hour, finished off with 40min cardio felt pretty drained afterwards, gonna have a whole 2 days off lifting, just do cardio, haven't had 2 days off in a long time be good to recharge a bit then hit it hard on saturday :nod:

Are you taking regular skin folds?

This will let you gauge fat loss

havnt done one for about 3 weeks now, at 10 weeks out coach wanted to see me every week, so when i see her 2mrw i suppose that will tell me whether or not im on track.

so i decided yesterday, mind and body were feeling fucked as, i would do my first carb up.

instead of the whole day refeed i decided for a different approach which so far this morning im feeling good about.

over a 24hr period i will refeed with about 1000g carbs, spread over 4 meals.

yesterdays pre and post workout meals and today's pre and post workout meal.

so yesterday pre workout i added 2 cups of rice, ice cream, fruit to my usual chicken meal. and post workout 12 mini donuts and more ice cream with my chicken dinner.

had an awesome workout yesterday, did arms, felt great finished off with 40min of cardio.

one thing i noticed after taking in the carbs my body felt heaps warmer, and the shortness of breath increased?

also this morning i weighed pretty much the same as yesterday, except i felt tight and full, unlike other carb up days where sometimes i felt like i overspilled.

ive just got a HIIT cardio session tonight and some core work, so instead of the pre workout carbs i might just save them all for post workout.

appointment with my coach today so i can tell her whats up :grin:

That's the tren causing the warmness bro I'd say. Watched a pretty sweet video which explained how the body handles them and how after you eat a decent amount you'll probably start sweating I think 20-30 mins after? Apparently that's why some people choose to keep carbs moderate.

Hows the cardio on tren? I see you do HIIT and I prefer LIS so just curious if its much harder due to the breathing or anything

its only my first HIIT cardio session tonight bro, havnt done one on tren yet will update later.

yea i felt warm and quite weird and scoffing all dem carbs, round 2 of the carb load tonight.

Dunno if i feeling this keto diet, carb cycling might be a better approach.

haha never tried keto or carb cycling I just go generic old school 6-7 meals a day spaced at 2.5 - 3 hours. High protein, moderate carbs, lowish fat. Works well for me personally ( endomorph type gains ) I'd say keto would make me poo all day errrrryday

also side note I watched/read generally on tren ( I'm sure someone will argue ) but it was noted carbs/protein are all good but you want to keep fats right down so to me keto + tren wouldn't be the best approach. But as you know I've not run tren just going off what I've read about how it works and what I've watched~

yea ive read something similar due to trens abilities and its nutrient partitioning effects etc. il have to read up a it more on it. swap ya a bit of calfs for bit of quad :grin:

been a bit of a shit couple of weeks actually, first being sick and unable to train 100% and then a few personal dramas in the last week.

have decided to hold off competing in august, il just use the rest of this cycle to recomp and ideally lower my BF a wee bit more and hold it there while adding some quality LBM.

weight is up just above 125kgs, had a binge on Saturday, no excuses really just felt like shit and stressed as f*ck and actually felt good for doing it, have cut cardio down to once a day so will still be doing cardio 6-7 times a week alongside lifting, i actually enjoy doing cardio.

bit guttered pulling out but i know its probably not the best time to prep at the moment with other some things in my life taking priority. having some good composition changes with tren though, which im pleased with :grin:

still cycling carbs, on rest days il have next to no carbs, lifting days il eat them breakfast, pre & post workout and weak bodyparts il have a bit extra, so eating just around maintenance cals on lifting days and weak bodyparts il eat just over maintenance, will see how this goes for 2 weeks then reassess.

one thing with carbs though, if i have a binge like saturday, its almost like it sends my body into overdrive, heart starts racing, get hot and sweaty, short of breath etc.

i suppose anyone would after a dozen cup cakes, lollies, chips, ice cream etc :oops:
