I will use this cycle log/journal purely to record my experiences while doing my first cycle. I have a training log under another profile and cant be arsed doing the whole copy paste bizness.

Have decided to do 400mgs Test E per week for 14 weeks, was going to do less as recommended by other users but measuring the smaller amounts became a hassle so just opted with 400mg split into 2x 200mg shots every Sunday and Wednesday. will be taking liquid adex .25mg EOD (will adjust this accordingly if i get symptoms of gyno etc)

will start PCT accordingly once last shot of test has been administered.

will be training 5-6 times per week with at least 1 or 2 rest days. I have been bulking up lately so currently consuming 4500cals daily, this will increase as the weeks go by and the test kicks in.

goal is to add some decent mass in the 14 weeks without too much fat gain, will be taking photos weekly as well as weight to track progress.

day 1

took my first pin in my right quad last night after a shower. Had to say i was nervous as f*ck, sweating and heart was racing :lol:

nonetheless went pretty well i thought, there was a bit of blood when i withdrew the pin but put a bit of pressure on it with a cotton pad and it subsided pretty quickly. Im confident i didnt inject in a vein as i aspirated and saw nothing but air bubbles maybe i nicked a small vein when with drawing??

all up went pretty sweet i thought, not much pip today just feels like a very small bruise nothing major.

felt a bit of a hot flush this morning, maybe a placebo effect but i cant wait till this stuff gets to work.

So 2 days after first pin.....

rest day yesterday, was really eager to hit the gym, got in a delt and trap workout.

it may have been a placebo effect, but shoulder pressed 50's DBs for reps, i usually do this anyway but today i didnt need as much of a spot and usually got to around 7 reps on my own before needing a spot. did 3 working sets of 8 reps.

moved on to smith machine press, again i dont think the test will be kicking in just yet more of a mental thing but i managed a PB and got 120kg for 6 reps no spot which im super stoked about. \:D/

felt strong in the isolation movements using 25kgs DBs for both side raises and front raises. Lastly managed to get upto 6 reps of 300kg for BB shrugs :grin:

Feelings so far.....

have had regular wood in the day which is odd also my nipple was a lil bit itchy, i just find it hard to believe that sides like this would be kicking in so early into cycle, maybe some experienced users can shine some light?

took .25mg of liquid adex yesterday and will continue this EOD. have experienced a couple of hot flushes at times, and again could be placebo but muscles are sort of feeling harder sort of like a mini pump all day long :lol:

its early days i know but thats the experience this far, nutrition wise has been excellent well within my 4500 cals per day at the moment and this will increase as the weeks go by according to weight changes etc.

hitting legs 2mrw and looking forward to it!

Yea bro the mind is powerful, all good though il take it as it comes il update as i go just smashed a leg sesh, lots of volume and feeling good afterwards.

Took my 2nd pin yesterday, did left quad this time and was easy as!

not as nervous as the first time, so did everything as normal and this time not 1 drop of blood, today left quad feels a little bit sore but nothing worrisome.

got in 3 good session over the weekend, although i did not smash any PBs i did feel a bit stronger especially my heavier sets.

Week 1 has gone good so far, nutrition is on par, calorie wise im taking in close to 5000 cals, weight at start of cycle was 119.0 and as of yesterday 4 days in it was 119.3 which i think will be water weight. i will not be too concerned about scale weight but will monitor it throughout the cycle.

Starting to feel a bit tighter everywhere and recovery between sessions has been slightly better than normal. Probably still in placebo mode but that is what i have found this far in, week 2 starts on weds will rotate pinning sites to my glutes as i feel a bit more confident with the pins now compared to day 1.

so i noticed yesterday that the skin pigmentations on my skin have got slightly larger and more tiny ones have popped up?

maybe they were there before hand but i never actually noticed until after a shower last night, i will look into more about this.

end of week 1 2mrw and i feel my recovery rates are getting much quicker almost like i could go everyday.

So far into week 2...

pinned right arse cheek on weds, slight pip but not too bad, bit awkward trying to turn,aspirate all with one hand but i managed :lol:

i hit 4 days in the gym in a row this week, all workouts were intense. however i have notice my recovery is awesome! im hardly feeling any DOMs and i feel like i can go at it 100% everyday, its hard to have rest days as i dont feel like it but i know my CNS will appreciate it.

Within those 4 days i have broken at least 1 PB errday. so strength is definitely increasing.

Other feelings i have had....

some headaches sometimes especially early morning or late during the day, keeping well hydrated drinking 12L water a day, pissing every 2min :pfft:

some randoms boners have popped every now and again, but that happened even off the gear :grin:

i feeling fuller and muscles are feeling harder, i almost swear ive lost a tiny bit of fat, even though weight is up 3.8kgs in a week.

dont know what the rule is on over training when on PEDs, have read around and there are differing opinions, but at the moment feeling fucken awesome and like i said earlier its hard to have a rest day and im only the 2nd week in, cant wait till this stuff really gets to work.

nutrition has been good, consuming over 4500+cals per day taking in sufficient protein and lots of carbs with a bit of fat in the mix, consuming mainly red meats at the moment (mainly beef), seems to go down well and full of cals, sometimes il have tuna or chicken as well.

so coming up to the start of week 3 and i feel a little sensitivity in my nipples :oops:

have been taking .25mgs of liquid adex EOD and have bumped this to .5mgs as from today onwards until this goes away.

I do have a feeling my adex is bunk though and if these problems dont subside or get worse within a week i will have to resort elsewhere.

weighed in @ 126.3kgs today first thing in the morning up 3.5kgs from last week, feels like im holding a bit more water everywhere but feeling thicker thats for sure :pfft:

increased the adex to .5mgs for the last 2 days, and the nips arnt feeling as sensitive. maybe it was in my head so im second guessing whether the adex is bunk or not :think:

hitting shoulders/traps tonight, have been sleeping really well, full of energy today and rearing to get into the gym.

beginning of week 4 tomorrow!

experiences so far...

pinned delts for the first time on Sunday, and when i pinned the muscle twitched like f*ck, i thought maybe i had hit a nerve, was a bit more painful than usual, i don't know if it was because i had to reach across my body which caused the delt to contract a bit?

anyway, aspirated and plunged that shit in, tiny bit of oil leak, but just put some pressure on it and sweet as.

have had a small outbreak of acne on my forehead and a couple of pimples on my back, i hardly ever get pimples so this was weird, just brought some Clearasil, hopefully this keeps it contained.

have been sweating at random times and im always hot, even when everyone was under blankets last night i was sitting there no top on sweating!! :lol:

other feelings include feeling tired at random times even though ive had decent sleep, definitely holding a shit load of water and i feel bloated as hell sometimes, the adex has help with this a bit since i have increased to .5mgs EOD.

Positives....

strength & endurance increase on a weekly basis (minimal at this point but still progress)

feelgood factor ( dunno how to explain this but just feel good/positive a lot of the time)

libido ( starting to feel increased sides on this with regular wood etc :lol: )

recovery ( feeling like im recovering from heavy workouts quicker than usual)

have acquired some dbol, although i know it would be going against the grain to incorporate 2 compounds on first cycle, im going to take a low 25mg per day dose for 4 weeks and see how that treats me, currently in week 4 of test e cycle so with saying that both compounds will pretty much be in effect within the next week or so, looking forward to it.

DBol is a great choice for a 2nd compound, you can stop it at anytime you feel sides...which is pretty unlikely with 25mg but handy anyway.

You'll add water weight though, it added almost 2" to my waist just 5 weeks out from a comp once and freaked me out when I should have been tightening up...depends on what you're taking it for, great bulking agent mate

No goal weight so to speak, just want to add LBM would have a rough guess bf would be at 15%. Im quite tall about 6'2 so given the height etc it all makes sense, holding a shit load of water atm. I judge my physique more in the mirror than on scales, just like to keep track of the weight gain thats all.

By the end of your cycle your going to be close to 140-135kg! Even at your height that's monstrous!

Lol will be hopefull bro, just in for the ride at the moment, leg sesssion tonight, itching to get in the gym :rockout:
