steroids for healing???

Recommended Posts

going in for a rotator cuff tear, early june..

6 months before even light weights can be started according to the nurse.

Just wondering since In on TRT anyway, is there anything that can be stacked with that, that might speed up recovery..

Seems like a silly notion to me but I'll look at anything that will hurry the process along.. Im going to go crazy not training...

Im kinda expecting to get shot down for asking a stoppid question..

But at this stage I'll look at any (sensible) options..

Lotsa fake hgh or ppl selling them peptides like ghrp-6 as hgh.

Be aware.

I wont touch U.G stuff.. I have been recommended an online pharmacy in India that some one buys from regularly.. Was thinking of looking in to it and doing some research on it..

Will talk to my doc etc..

Also one legit source on the shore although I think Im not allowed to name sources.. But I might give these guys a call and see what prices are..

If there is going to be any significant speed up to the healing I'll happily pay for it..

Should try GHRP 6 with GHRH 6 they seem to be readily available.

Theses are the peptides that have been in the media as of recent. Very common and affordable in Australia

oh bum!

"GHRP6 Legal Status

GHRP6 and related drugs are legal only in pharmacies and with a prescription from a doctor. Outside of this, the sale, use, or possession of GHRP6 is illegal in Australia and many other countries."

If the price you are being offered for HGH is too good to be true it's probably fake. The 191 chain while not that difficult to make, has to have certain characteristics within its structure or it will be rejected.

Like a lot of production in Asia, product that doesn't pass QC is put aside and either sold illegitimately or available to be workers to sell.

small amounts of GH just have fat-burning qualities, so expect to buy a lot of it if you're after it's repair qualities.

how about just doing what the surgeon suggests they've been repairing people for quite some time u know....

yes of course android, I'll be listening carefully to everything my surgeon says and following everything he says to a T..

But surely a little help speeding up the process cant be a bad thing.. Im tired of not training due to shoulder injuries.. Or ignoring chest / shoulder / arm development.. It's been an on going and very frustrating problem for years..

There's bound to be a surgeon in your gym (LM Vic St is full of them) so maybe see if you can find one that enjoys exercise and understands your desire to keep training mate.

Myself I have talked to a patient and the surgeon at LM gym at the same time, the doc had operated on the guy's torn ligament only 2 months prior.

They prefer slow recovery because it's not the re-use of the ligament they care about it's ripping the re-attached tendon and muscle away from under the screws. They know their screws will hold but quite often they have to stretch the hell out of the tendon to get a good piece under the attachment area.

So they want and they need slow recovery.

Also over Xmas I talked to Frank B who's recently had Shoulder surgery done on his right-side.

Firstly they might say just do nothing for a week or two after an operation, then start stretching slowly from week 2 - week 6. After 6 weeks you can lift light weights. And after 3 months medium weights, but always stretching first. Then 6 months later you should be good to go...but they will tell you how confident they are based on how they found the re-attachment process. If they found it hard to attach they'll say your Shoulder can't handle heavy punishment ever again, sometimes they can't perform miracles if the tendons are weak, worn, and thinned out. They're only re-attaching what you already have.

And remember, even with re-attachment, even Shoulders in great condition....they just wear out from the day you start using them

A good read and thank you Android.. I hope you are right.. That's kind of how I remember my last rotator cuff repair..

In this instance the nurse/receptionist was quite clear about the sling not even coming off for 6 weeks.. (apart from baths etc)

And no lifting of any sort for 6 months.

Hopefully you are right and she was just being overzealous..
