Rice Bubbles and Cornflakes in shakes?

Has anyone used either of the above to 'bulk' up their shakes and get some more carbs/cals in? I have been doing the oats thing for a while but my blender doesn't do the greatest job and thought R Bubbles or C Flakes would mix/blend easier. Both have about 80g of CHO per 100g and about 2-8g of sugar.

Thoughts??
