I'm with Nate - though anything can happen (but I'm not holding my breath). If PL made it to the Comm Games - that would be a step in the right direction.

Also, if a sport like Wrestling is fighting to stay in the 2020 Olympics (one of THE original Olympic sports) - then anything can happen - for and against.

BMX - in... arguably, just another form of cycling, like road and track, but...

If you can have kayaking AND rowing, why not Oly and power lifting ?

Yes, it's about testing, but there's other agendas at play, I suspect, possibly about what's popular in the media (and can sell advertising minutes)...
