First 3 lift comp

Hey guys i need your advice on training for my first 3 lift PL comp. i have 13 weeks from monday.

I am 23 and have 3+ years consistant training mainly BB style workouts. ive competed in 1 deadlift only PL comp in december '12 that i really enjoyed. I did coan- phillipi for the deadlift comp and it worked well so ill be using it again.

So my question with 4 days a week training (no other spare time) and one day taken up for coan-phillipi, what would you do with the remaining 3 days? Any programme suggestions? I need to increase my squats badly and work on form as they are my weakest lift. Obviously i would like to increase bench too

Any advice would help a beginner out a lot. Cheers

Hmmm - if you can handle the volume, Sheiko #29 is pretty good - three days/week, mostly squat-bench/ deads-bench/ squats-bench.

Sheiko works in four week blocks so in the time available you could run thru twice with a week down in between..
