False name on package incase seized?

Recommended Posts

Hi,been snapped to many times importn juice from customs.....obviously pay western union is best.is it possible to have it sent from the overseas sourse useing different name?but sent to home addy.Any thoughts on ways to get around this issue ?

not sure if fish'n, how's the work over at Customs going btw .... :^o

it's perfectly legit to order in another person's name, but how will you sign for the package using your real name?

oh and it's completely ILLEGAL to open mail NOT addressed to you.

So if you do manage to accept mail addressed to someone else, best to leave it on the kitchen bench for a week before opening it (so if someone official comes looking for it you still have it and can return it unopened, remaining an innocent party to whatever is inside)

Some info when accepting concealed assignments....

If Customs do deliver it to you then being found opening the concealment attributes you to the knowledge that you knew what was inside, where it was etc. Why else would they open something, replace the contents, then re-deliver if your name is already on the package.

They want to ensure they can prove that you knew about the concealment as well.

What I am unsure of is if they can still charge regarding "receiving" and without you knowing what was hidden inside the package....all I can find is that "receiving" is in relation to stolen goods only. Does anyone know about this?

stay safe
