PROTEIN PUDDING

Came up with this recipe last night out of desperation...

2 egg whites

2 scoops protein powder (I used chocolate)

Combine well.

Place in microwave for 1-2 minutes until cooked, but still a little bit runny in the centre.

YUM! Tastes like a choc pudding!

Never was too hot on mixing egg whites and powder...I had a bad experience with it! But may try it again, if I can get rid of the images form my mind!

My dessert recipe, when I do it consists of the following:

1) Take Micellar Casein type protein powder

2) Add enough milk to turn it into a paste

3) Whisk the hell out of it so it gets nice and air-rated and all fluffy like

4) Leave it to set in the fridge for an hour

5) Turns out all instant puddingish. Yummy.

Egg whites and protein powder :nod: I found Vanilla protein powder and egg whites was just like pavlova well sought of when u are dieting it as close as u will get
