Obviously if I am not training I should be eating less. ()I don't want to put on heaps of weight/fat). Iam trying to keep my protein intake up so that I don;t lose any hard earned muscle. What kind of diet do u guys think I should be following and how much and how often do you think i should be eatin?

i would follow exactly the same thing you eat when you're training, just drop the calories a bit.

Thats what i have been doin so far, have still been eating as often have just been eating a little bit less. The funny thing is now that I am not focusing so hard on losing fat but giving my body a rest I dont find myself craving/wanting the lollies etc - oh the mind and body is a funny thing
