I reckon 13.2 will be an AMRAP #HateAMRAPS :puke:

13.2 = 10-min AMRAP

5 Shoulder to overhead, 115 / 75 lbs (52/34kg)

10 Deadlift, 115 / 75 lbs (52/34kg)

15 Box jump, 24 / 20 inch (60/50cm)

Thought it would be a 20-min beast - 10-min is still pretty tough though.

Yes these are the actual weights, our couch managed 10 rounds at his open this morning, its hard when your actually pushing yourself. I managed 6 official rounds but there was one round that I was half way through when I marked down the previous one so I actually think that I managed 7 which appears to the average.

Got 10.5 rounds my mate got almost 11 missed out by a couple reps, his will be registered but he will redo on Monday and get 11.5 hopefully. That's me next year!!

That 52kg DL is fucken blowy after halfway, bending down like that really makes breathing difficult. I found I struggled most on those as the box jumps and oh press I was upright so breathing was ok.

Nice simple movements though, light weights... looks easy on paper, diff story after 7minutes lol. If ur unfit and don't control ur breathing ur gonna do shit.

Some of the real fit guys will smash this one!

Top female score 420 reps, WOAH! Done at an army base so we get to see a video this week. If we even make out anything, surely she would just be a blur?

Kiwi girls are doing pretty good in the aussie region too, Bailey Rogers ftw!

Wow that's like 13 or 14 rounds, crazy!

Btw Tom your mates effort is pretty dam good too. Surely that would put him right up there for nz/Australia?

He was 64th out of about 3000 entrants after 13.1 unsure where he at now and what he logged yday it today.

He's a machine tryna make regionals. Hopefully keen as for a piss up in Sydney! Lol

Will be some ridic scores going up on this one (10-12+ rounds maybe), but also a lot of no repping and arguments over judging inconsistency :(

Poor dude disqualified for no repping and his affiliate has been banned from ratifying scores :(

Mikko jumps up to 3rd Overall. One of my favourite CFers.

Last year was wall balls, dubs and then muscle ups for those who got that far.. So yeah I agree prob something similar :grin:

Plz no fkn wall balls.

13.3 = a repeat of 12.4

12 minute AMRAP of:

150 Wall balls

90 Double-unders

30 Muscle-ups

Fronning to dominate.

Khalipa to jump up the ladder on this one for me.

Backing Mikko Salo to improve again :)

Well that counts me out from the start, well okay I can do the wall balls but that's it in this one. I have not even been shown how to do muscle ups yet. So it will be interesting how our coach will scale this for us.

Yep, she loves it - we actually did a stint of CF back in 2010 with CFNZ - she did it for about a year, me about 3months. She's loving the crew at CF Manukau :clap:

mean setup there, Just needs chains and a deadlift platform. and Id prob have a 3rd training base :grin:
