Anyone else here have tinnitus? (permanent ringing in ears)

Have you noticed any increase/change during/after compound lifts?

I don't have it when I'm not training.

Sometimes after a really heavy set of squats or deadlifts I get it too... but it goes away after a minute or two.

Have you got it all the time? Probably a good idea to see your Dr.

Yeah had it for years IDW. Like cicada's chirping 24/7. Been checked out and the doc says its just something you gotta live with.

I figure its worse from the compounds coz your hearts pounding. You're right about only noticing it afterwards though. Volume spiked way up yesterday which freaked me out, but had full on leg w/o this avo and it's settled down again. Maybe its good for it
