So, if some of you were reading my journal you'd find out that i went on a 4 day holiday, i was expecting to gym while i was down there but i was really busy. Anyway, i ended up getting really drunk, and i probably only ate about 1 days worth of food within 4 days... Which was pretty much junk food too.

I also picked up the flu, which i have right now, i'll see tomorrow if it gets better.

So i walked into the gym today i just did random things, was pretty sluggish feel, i did OHP and actually managed to pick up a PB on it. Which i felt to be crazy since i lost 5kgs in 4 days... So im wondering what do you guys think happened to my body in the last 4 days, and if i should just continue from where im at? or start over.

Ignore the weight on the first page, i actually gained weight. On the 3rd week, everyday i was weighing in at 116 KGs. Today i weighed in at 111 KGs.
