has any one out there had gynecomastia removed then successfully recycled with no gyno or development of gyno??? When i say removal im talking about a 100% complete gland excision. I know alot of you are going to say surgeons don't remove the entire gland but that's for people who don't cycle. I've had a consult and stated that im gyno prone and after every cycle it shrinks a little but wats left is slowly getting bigger after every cycle. This surgeon has told me he can remove the entire gland and perform a particular stitch which stops the nipple caving in and also stated that once completely removed it won't develop again. AIs don't do anything to halt it or nolvadex .... just interested in others experiance if any

It's certainly true that if you remove the gland completely, there's nothing left to grow. I don't know about any special stitch that prevents caving totally, but I suppose it could have been developed after I had mine done.

Also does dropping bodyfat % below 10% make the operation cheaper / easier ?

Or would a 12-15% bodyfat be better to allow the surgeon some fat to work with.

I got an estimate for $12000 sucks bro but i need it done. Its basically $5000 an hour so that was a 2.5 hour estimate. He thinks he can do it in 2 hours dropping the price. Hopefully thats the case as i had the consult while on gear while it was at its peak in size, its since diminshed heaps since coming off

that price is ridiculous , cost around 4-6k over in aus less if you have private health insurance.

question i have is if you get the whole gland removed do you still need to run ai's ?

Well there are other reasons for wanting to keep E levels low and other side effects from having high E levels so it depends if you get those or not as to whether or not you run an AI in future.

12k is rough as f*ck bro, I know you can get it cheaper here and def cheaper overseas. Considered Thailand?

Sorry for the old bumpity bump on thread but just gyno related question rather than anotherrrrrr thread.

Im 11 days in now and have no itchy nips, no puffy-ness etc but they're ever so slightly more sensitive than usual but not uncomfortably so. I'd like to thing its a bit early on to notice anything and I'm just being an overly cautious pussy.

Also I have some arimidex just in case but it's 1mg pills - was curious to dose if it did happen - some people say .05ed some say .25 - either way it's going to be a bit tricky cracking the old pills into quarters haha

If your taking test @ 500 pw you may not need adex but if ya got a few different compounds going on its safer to use it.

Helps with water bloat aswell as gyno sides.

Yeah bro just on 500 as it's my first time in the majors didn't wanna play too fast and loose! I'm actually running a little bit of clen still not really sure why so i'll probably stop that at the end of this week. If I bloat up too much I'll start using some adex then !
