looks pretty good! sure had a lot of muscle under those layers eh. though is it really a recent pic of him? he looks heaps younger too! anyway looks like hes been working hard at it, will be good to see him in the ring again.

No way, i saw him last saturday in hamilton, and i specifically noticed that hes looking intensely fat, fattest iv seen him, like wouldnt have recognised him apart from the face and the people asking to get photos with him.

he looks like hes 20kg+ heavier than when i last saw him fight, most of that in his gut lol

then has to work his ass off to come down for a fight and get in shape.

damn, thought it might be too good to be true lol. would have thought he would have attracted more of the media by now if he worked his way back to this condition (well unless he just got liposuction or something)

Im a huge fan of Davids...

I have nothing but the utmost respect for David but he's washed up..

He's just going to embarrass himself further if he attempts a comeback.

He's just way to ring rusty...

As Tyson said on his come back trail, its the lay offs that really hurt you..

Davids had way too much time out of the ring.. Add to that he was always too small to mix it with the monsters of boxing today..

David had far more skill than lennox Lewis's and the klitschko brothers..

David was a superior boxer but the sheer size of the boxing champs these days make in nearly impossible for some one of Davids size to beat them.

There comes a point where some one is just to big no matter how good you are.. Valuev couldn't box to save himself.. But he was just way to big for most his opponents.. Remember most Valuev's opponents were way taller than David Tua.. So whats David going to do against a monster like Valuev..

Punch him in the kneecaps?

I rate David Tua as one of the worlds greatest boxers, especially when you consider his size.. I rate him up there with Tyson.. One only has to look at the Ike Ibeabuchi vs Tua fight to see what a monster David was in his time..

But its over.. He wasted too much time out of the ring. He's too ring rusty, he doesn't keep in shape like a boxer should anyway.. His stamina is shot to hell as seen in his last few fights and the opponents of this era are just way to big..

I feel for David, I would love to see him make some dough before he cant fight anymore but if his last few fights are anything to go on, he's washed up.. If he gets thrown in with some one of Ike Ibeabuchi (in his prime) caliber he's going to get knocked the f*ck out..

Sorry David you had your chance bud... She's over! :-(
