how do you remain focused

When the desire to eat crap hits I get something good into me asap and the immediate urge usually passes. Once I’m over that bump I feel so pleased with myself I know I can hold out again. For me giving in is a slippery slope, and this way I keep it down to one or two slip ups a week, that being a couple of sweet biscuits, chocy bar or something

work on slowly removing all emotional attachments to food. of course you can still enjoy food but it's a lot easier if you start seeing it as a tool to help you get your job done. whatever your job is, look to use the right tool for the job - weight loss, fizzies and nachos are the wrong tool for the job

cut out cravings by avoiding junk foods entirely for a while and you'll see that addiction starting to disappear

learn to eat to fill your nutrition goal, not eating until your stomach is full... depending on your goal this will either mean leaving the dinner table early or staying behind late stuffing yourself/coming back later for a second serve

When I was in Wellys for the sevens I was very focused the hole time that I was there diet wise by eating clean and drinking clean at the sevens including on the Monday when I watched the Super Bowl at Lanes by drinking water only and two weeks before I went up I went on there website by having a good look at there menu to see what there healthy options were.When I was in Chch airport I had good look in the food court area to see what there healthy options were chicken phud Thai which is very nice and I would highly recomend it if any of you guys are passing through Chch airport.Now since I am a series of three bulk cycles when I have a cheat meal on Saturday when I bike past Maca's or any other type of junk food I think anything like that I think that can wait for until my next cheat meal as for when I do start my two two week cut cycles I will think clean eating when I see anything that is high in fat.
