hey all,

Just introducing myself. Now i'll be honest, I have more questions to ask then i have answers for people looking for some, so please forgive my selfishness. Gotta start somewhere though right.

Cheers in advance for any help you can give.

My experience thus far:

Started about march last year, am i happy with my gains so far, No. Though the truth is, is that it was quite a sporadic year as far as mixing work and working out goes but rather than let it get me down i just figured that I'll take what I learned though the last year and try to make some sense of it all.

December is when i really started to get serious. Fortunately I'm lucky enough to have a job that is a four day on four day off setup so I've just been doing a split work out setup over the last three months and have to say I'm happy-ish so far but feel as though I'm missing something here or there.

As for the rest as questions i have, I'll start a new thread in the appropriate place and link it from here etc.
