have any of you been to the Arnold before or going this year? Im heading to the states next week to check it out which is something Ive wanted to do forever and wonder if anyone has any tips or advice for me. if I get any good snaps I'll post them up when I get back

I was thinking about heading to the Arnold but its winter in Ohio, going to try head to the Olympia though should be good!

The Arnold has a lot more to offer than the Olympia though with strong man etc its got to be one of the biggest fitness events.
