I was pretty skinny myself but I sure wouldn't have made a compilation of extremely dodgy poses & posted it for all the world to see - unless of course I had made really big progress & if that was the case I would would have made a before & after type "movie".

class . and the simple answer is pretty much yeah. you see for the last year I moved into a cave with a tub of protein powder a dead cow and a bench press. no internet, yet alone class acts like this one
