hi i am a prop in rugby im 122kg 6ft tall i would say i have a fat gut and man boobs but i have been working out in gyms for a while but this time im keen to commit i wouldnt mine getting down to 110kg and getting tonned up a bit i am going for a operation on my knee so it restricts me from doing legs and stuff so im wanting a pretty hard programme to help lose about 12kgs and muscle up a bit and also some dietry tips to please any1
