Therein lies your weight gain problem, you just have to program in the eating as well.

28kgs in 27 months, weight gain problem?

Sori bowt dit big fulla.

I'm not saying that I'm huge, or that I look like I even lift.

But the thing that you guys gotta keep in mind is that I've only been lifting for just over two years now. I've just started on my journey pretty much, and you guys keep bashing me over that. I've got shitty Asian genetics so for me to get to where I am is pretty impressive for me. I don't mind criticism as long as it's objective and not simply because you don't think I'm big enough or whatever.

Peace

Owen-cocks, piss off.

As for you lee, put more weight on the calf raises. You will be surprised at how much more you can do beyond what you 'think' you can. I was doing 90kg and thinking it was heavy, then put on 160kg of plates and you know, it felt heavy, but wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.

You fatigue faster, but you adapt fast too.

Put on another 40kgs (f all) and see for yourself. If it's done on a machine. And use plates imo, as the machine stack has all sorts of pulley crap assisting. Putting the oly plates on is accurate weight.

anways, owen-cocks for ban.

You are such an inspiration, my reason to live and you motivate me everyday. When I wake up in the morning, its frosty outside and I don't wanna get up cause I'm all snuggled up in my sheep skin and one-zee, I just think about your ancestors when they had to wake up and build the Great Wall. Or when thing aren't going my way or I'm having a hard time I just think about you and your genetics, or your posts on nzbb.

So you keep me going, I look up to you and I appreciate you being in my life.

Wasn't trying to knock you re size or lack of, nor your genetics, gotta watch dem chips on the shoulder, paranoia much?

What I was trying to say in few words was that you are now on your second cycle, and a more loaded cycle than most recommend but still relatively "undeveloped" no offence meant. :D

You then said that you didn't have time to eat, arguably the most important part of growth especially when on gear.

brb food to consume

Yeah maybe I am a bit touchy these days lol.

I just get sick of people assuming that I don't eat enough when I've posted my diet before (on my old account) and everyone agreed that it was a lot, maybe even excessive. FYI it's at least 4000 cals a day, sometimes 5000.

As for no time to eat, that was just one day where I was busy at work so there was nothing I could've done about that anyway.

Thanks for your advice anyway. If you have any other feedback, feel free to let me know. Cheers man.

Training today was a bit of a mixed bag, did some chest, shoulders and arms at another gym in town.

Treadmill

10km/h 10 mins

DB incline press (less of an incline than usual, normally have it at 45*)

15kg x10

27.5kg x8

40kg x8, 9 (2 spotted)

Delt triad (triset consisting of lateral raises, front raises and shoulder press)

10kg x12, 2 sets

Cable flyes

x20

x12, 12

Bicep barbell curls (worked up with no rest in between weights)

15kg x30, 20kg x12, 25kg x8, 35kg x6

15kg x18, 20kg x10, 25kg x8, 35kg x5

Cable pressdowns

x12, 3 sets

83.2kgs on these scales. These were just one of those scales u get from Briscoes lol. Delt triads were killer, OMFG so much burn. You got to try them.

Trained with majorflavazz today, did some arm wrestling haha. 19 inch arms, fuaaa. Strong as mofo.

Biceps were destroyed after 2 hours of training. It was good fun and really hits the arms from a different angle compared to normal weight training.

82.7kgs today after breakfast

Made a few changes.

I'm not going to run the dbol and I'm going to increase the tren dosage from tomorrow instead of waiting a couple weeks.

Gonna cap my calorie intake at 3000 cals so I'll be logging everything I eat. I'm also deliberating over whether I should take clen

Good to see that you are still posting and not getting put off by the knockers, and no I'm not sayin u have gyno

Re: Dbol have to say it also does little for me, this cycle taking 20mg a day, cant say noticable increase in strength

Cutting you diet may be a bit drastic? if the intention is to bulk, usual story for a cycle.

But good that you are trying different approaches to see what works for you.

The one thing not mentioned is rest, how much are you getting?

Say this because have been pushing it myself the last few weeks and came down with cold which then turned out to be flu, trained Friday, light cardio sat, no training sunday bed rest, by end sunday apart from feeling crap body was tight and swole.

Thanks Grover.

I hadn't actually started the dbol yet. I was supposed to start it yesterday but decided not to. I'll save it for later. I think it's just the bloat from the test.

Anyway, gonna run with a calorie restricted clean diet for a while at least until the middle of April as I want to keep my weight under a set limit.

In other news, my arms are now 15 inches cold flexed. Put 0.5 inches on them in a matter of weeks and the same for my calves.

80.7kgs today. It's from not having any excess food in my gut.

Only had 30 minutes today so made it quick and intense with supersets. Ended up getting a sick pump.

After getting home, did some more abs then went for a jog around the neighbourhood. In the middle did some sprints, all up took about 20 minutes. Felt so much fitter than Sunday night when I tried to go for a run. No back pump and felt so much lighter. Feels a lot better not stuffing myself with food all the time.
