Agreed, but Frank Zane had insane proportions and gave the illusion that he was much larger than he actually was.

What's your long term goals in the sport? Or are you just juicing just for vanity reasons ?

I dont have any goals in bodybuilding. I might do one or two.

My goal physique is Jeff Seid or Zyzz. My legs are too big already so not gonna train legs anymore.

Chest today, worked up to incline 80kg 5 reps.

Fuuuuu, it was my mate's birthday drinks on Friday night so I had a few in town then got home at 4am. Got up at 5am and went to work.

Drunk again on Saturday night, 10+ cans. Slept for half an hour and went to work at 6am again.

Weighed in at 76.75kgs today.

U don't need to be that big to get reactions from people... I get em all day long. Those are just several that spring to mind from the last few weeks, the list could go on and on. U just gotta be well proportioned, look fit and have a bit of an X factor. My pecs stand out a bit and my lat width is almost up to par, so when I'm in a tight shirt or singlet I stand out as a bodybuilder to people... arms are kind of average when not pumped... workin on them.

It's all about attn in the end... that's why we bb isnt it. Well me anyway... without bbing I'm just a skinny fella with probably a 60kg fighting weight.

No idea what I weigh now... abs starting to come out. Here's a pic from couple of weeks ago when I finished my bulk.

Off to train my big moobs and chisel a 6 pack. \:D/
