Weighed in at 81.9kgs this morning after breakfast.

I just put a quick comparison pic together of week 5 in my first cycle which was when I looked my best with today's pictures.

Before is 78.9kgs and today is 81.9kgs.

Heaps stronger on barbell press since I tried them last. 60kgs felt light as. Shoulders were pretty good today so I could go hard on the exercises today for once.

Went in again this evening and did some sumo deadlifts. It was supposed to be a hamstring/quad session but my lower back was still a bit niggly from the comp last week.

Sumo deadlifts

Stopped there cos my lower back was starting to seize up and my head was starting to ache. I was using an Ed Coan style narrow sumo stance because I've tried the traditional stance in the past and it didnt' work for me due to insufficient flexibility in my groin.

Well, long story short it was ridiculously easy. Conventional doesn't really make full use of my strong legs. 180kg just flew up and I could have easily done 12 if it wasn't for my tight back. I was hardly using any back and for my legs, it was just like doing a half squat. In January, I did 180 for 5 using the conventional stance which was a real grind. I'm really excited to have found this works for me and can't wait to see how much I can pull using this new technique. This also means I can work on my deadlift more often because I was previously only deadlifting once a month because of the stress it put on my lower back, but I think that I should be able to sumo deadlift every week now.

Another 2 hour arm wrestling session. A roofer came today who's 77kgs same height as me but big arms and chest, no legs. He was wasting me all day. He did come 1 hour after I started so I was pretty worn out tbh but he's fucking strong. Mean training though.

whats your diet like at the moment. Calories trying to hit? What are your daily eats?

Your not too far off my bodyweight (around 73kg) your lifts are way above mine

At the moment, I'm not eating a lot. I want to keep my weight around 80kgs for a few weeks. I'd guess that I'm getting in around 3000 calories, only 3 or 4 meals a day. Yesterday I think I had 300g of rice with 150g of beef and 3 eggs for breakky, 4 slices of bread with peanut butter, a can of tuna and two packets of noodles for lunch. Then like 400g of kumara, 100g of mushrooms with 150g of steak and 4 eggs for dinner

When I was 73 and natty as fuark, my best lifts raw were 170kg squat, 95kg bench and 205kg deadlift. I've always had a strong lower body

Just a quick question for you experienced juicers.

What would be better for bulking?

Option A: 600mg test enanthate a week

Option B: 400mg test enanthate and 200mg deca a week.

I've heard good things about deca but don't like the fact that it shuts you down hard and how long it's detectable in your system for. Despite these disadvantages, is adding deca going to make a noticeable difference in terms of gains and quality of the gains?

Im sure most experienced guys will say - and its prob not something u wana hear..but id say it wont really make a difference and is more down to the other things like nutrition, training, recovery, etc.

Na algood bro thought as much. Ill probably stick to a test only cycle, keep it simple.

Deca sides are over rated. the only guys who complain about shutdown/prolactin are huge pussies. don't worry

they say 1+1=3 with steroids so taking 2 compounds is better than 1 but it doesn't make much of a difference. you should get good gains with 600mg test

What would be better for bulking? I reckon that test/deca combo would be. Deca's effects on joints allow me to train that extra bit harder and heavy with more volume.. which is great when bulking.

I guess I'm a huge pussy. Prolactin fucks me up after a while. A few months on Deca and I'm rooted, deca dick, hot flashes, depression. Depression is probably the worst for me on Deca. I find it tweaks my moods out really bad... makes me really happy and then there's an opposite come down off of it. It's quite a common thing with other people as well ... just do a google search. I like Nandrolone tho! Over Deca I much prefer NPP... you can run it for a few weeks then drop it and feel back to normal real quick. Like Nandrolone++ for me.

I reckon he will get good gains off of 600mg test or 400 test/200deca. 400mg test by itself would be enough to allow for good gains... I reckon with his frame he could be around 90-95kg+ quite solid on just 400 test alone if things were on point. I don't think he's outgrown that dosage yet. There are other things he can iron out and improve on before bumping the PEDs - diet and training and work on goals... or he might end up kind of like me... juicing for the heck of it. :)

Try don't you just run test with Dbol again?

A mate had issues with Deca had issues in the bed got sure if its the same with everyone though. He was running it with Sus250 at the time.

Fuark!!! Weighed in at 79.45kgs today WTF.

I went to a leaving party on Saturday and ended up getting hosed. Did chest, tris and abs today at the gym and I thought I looked a little small and weaker but then I jumped on the scales after I finished and I'd lost 2.5kgs in 3 days.

when do you plan to do your next one??

Decided to continue my second cycle, its only been 7 weeks and I want to go for about 8 more weeks. I didnt pin for ten days but that shouldnt really matter too much.

Its going to be 400mg test and 200 deca. Added the deca as my joints are starting to feel sore from the powerlifting.
