yeah looking a lot bigger already, i had assumed all the pics to date were with pump or something. whats the difference between down lighting and 'proper' lightning? isn't all lighting in houses/outdoors down lighting?

Well yes, kinda but you call it downlighting when there is only a single or one main source of light that is situated at a slight angle in front of your body directly above you. Which emphasise the crevices created by the natural curves of your muscles resulting in a physique that looks considerably leaner and bigger.

Stoked with my results today. Cracked the 500lb squat and nearly got the 500lb deadlift as well. I got it up but got two red lights for hitching.

I've decided to finish my cycle now and commence PCT so that I can take 6 weeks off then start my 3rd cycle. Or else I'll either have to be in the middle of PCT or be blasting and cruising at a time when I need to be juiced up lol.

I was running 350mgs tren ace and 550mgs test enth a week and my last pin was on Thursday. So I shall start my PCT of Nolva and Clomid from the 29th of April.

Nice lifts Tom, squat is huge and bench is good also.... Shame you didn't get good lift on the big dead.

Is that a new PB on squat for you?

Yep, last April did 205 at 71kgs in a squat suit. Then never did over 200 after that apart from last week when I failed 220 lol.

So I just got back my blood test results.

Total testosterone came in at 53.4nmol/L (reference range 9-30)

Oestradiol was 255pmol/L (reference range <170)

Converting nmol/L into ng/dl makes my testosterone 1538ng/dl.

According to this thread http://www.steroidology.com/forum/anabo ... cycle.html and http://www.steroidology.com/forum/anabo ... thate.html, a 500mg a week cycle should have your test levels closer to 5000ng/dl. Given that I've supposedly been using 550mgs of test a week, I think it's pretty safe to say that my gear is underdosed by at least half.

As for the estrogen, converting the 255pmol/L into pg/mL gets 69pg/mL (reference range 7-42). So slightly above normal range, and I've been using 25mgs of aromasin EOD. Considering people that don't use AIs report having bloodwork come back showing their estrogen levels 120pg/ml and above, this guys shows 185pg/ml http://www.steroidology.com/forum/anabo ... thate.html. So I think that the aromasin is at least doing something, although I suspect that it too might be underdosed. Might have to increase the dosage in the future like 25mgs ED, especially considering I was only on <250mgs of test a week.

What do you guys think?

Trained at Wolfs gym today. Good equipment but tight for space. Did chest and back but I didnt feel amped at all, no pump no drive. Worked up to 90lb dbs on incline bench for 6 reps and was in the gym for just over an hour. The gym was full of big kunts and it was honestly quite intimidating. Felt small as f*ck which might be why my workout wasnt that good

Bro I'm far from the biggest or strongest at my gym, but dnt really pay much attention to what others are doing. Rests between Sets are too fast to stand round gawking. It ain't les mills Victoria st mate, we actually workout not a fashion parade or a bum sex chain.
