Yeah, I've been using a sunbed once a week for the last two weeks. Only did 3 mins the first time, the second week the receptionist says "You're already quite brown" LMAO. Did 6 minutes today and will go again on Saturday. Will go twice a week and work up to 9 minutes a session until my comp.


Mirin' lotion. 


Haha, I've been using it after my tanning sessions to mitigate the drying effects of the UV rays. I took the picture and wondered whether anyone would notice.

82.6kgs today. I seem to lose about 1.5kgs overnight as I was 84kgs after dinner last night.

 

It's pretty gloomy outside today so shots were coming out really dark. So I had to turn on artificial lighting which makes me look really yellow lol.

 

Edit: Just took another set of photos in a different place with natty lighting. Looks quite different so shows the infulence of lighting.

Did squats today. Went to a different gym in my city and tried to get on their board lol. It's the 400lb squat club.

82.25kgs at the scale at gym. I put out my right shoulder somehow, I think from lifting the plates. It's fucking sore now, worst it's ever been lol. Lower back is pretty achy too. Dat ego causing me to injure myself.

Posing is looking good. Traps look big when doing the most muscular pose, nice.

Agreed. All this posing practice has been paying off for you, bro.

My only suggestion is to try raising your arms just a fraction higher in the double bicep poses. If the peak of your bicep is slightly higher than your shoulder, it creates the illusion of being bigger.

Thanks Pseudo. Yeah I've had a play around with it, having my arms higher seems to make my weak triceps look even weaker and I find my lats look wider when I tuck my elbows into my sides. Will give it another go and maybe upload pics in both positions to get your opinion.

 

I went and watched the Auckland IFBB champs on Saturday, it was great motivation. I've realised I'm way too fat for 6 weeks out. Probably at least 12% atm so if I even want to look decent at the comp, I'm going to have to go all out. I took 50mcgs clen on Saturday, yesterday and this morning. Definitely not underdosed as my hands were shaking when trying to eat my oats lol. I will probably stay at 50mcgs for a few more days then up it to 75 with a ceiling of 100mcgs.

 

Weight was 82.5kgs this morning and hoping for 81ish by Friday. I've reduced my calorie intake to 2600 and will start doing cardio from next week, gradually increasing the cardio as the weeks go on. I'm really hoping to lose another 6kgs in the next 6 weeks so that I will step on stage around 76kgs otherwise I will not be happy with myself. Really kicking myself that I didn't commit sooner as I really should've been stage ready 6 weeks out.

 

I'm getting really dark now, it's definitely been noticed by a few people. My dad was alarmed and said I should go to the hospital lmao. Rotator cuffs are still quite sore from Friday so I didn't go to the gym today and instead did an ab workout at home.

Dropping 1% a week is tight, but doable. That would take you down to 6% - perfectly credible for a first comp.

Be careful with the MT2. It's easy to go too dark. Once you start getting colour, it all starts happening very suddenly. You might want to drop back to twice-weekly now if you haven't already - you'll keep getting darker anyway.

Yeah it was! Haha, he's massive so I thought I'd go up and have a chat to him. His missus is pretty hot too. Said she was looking at competing soon.

 

I've been doing 500mcgs Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the last couple of weeks tanning only once a week. I'm gonna start tanning twice a week, maybe 3 so yeah will drop the MT2 down to 500mcgs twice a week.

sounds like you dont need to tan the rate things are going!

i have no comp exp so take this with a grain of salt, but i would start doing cardio doing some cardio sooner rather than later, i found that once i got into singles the fatloss becomes really slow, even getting to 6% in 6 weeks is doable, but will take a fair bit of commitment.

would adding another fat bruning compound like T3 help?

Planning on adding t3 when I'm 3 weeks out. Clen is definitely working, hands are shaking and I weighed in at 81.2kgs this morning so I've lost a kg already. I'd say I'm about 10 or 11% atm. Won't do cardio this week as I'm already dropping weight enough but will definitely start next week. Took a cheeky selfie this morning. I've lost 7.5kgs in 30 days so far and people have said my face is looking trimmer, no more moon face lol

coming along nicely my friend! Are you having issues keeping "full" at the moment? seems to be an issue with my. A few days on a calorie deficit and feel like I dont even lift.

On T3: I have very limited experience but maybe try it a bit further out. maybe like 5weeks (if thats still possible) T3 for me wasn't a harsh fat burner but rather nice and steady. I did taper up very slowly and levelled out at 80mcg. Just an idea

No issues keeping full atm. But I suspect that I will become flatter as I lose more weight and start to dip into the lower single digits.

 

I only ordered the T3 today so hopefully it arrives before the end of the week which will be 5 weeks out

If your still dropping weight easy I wouldn't throw cardio in the mix. If you lose another 1 kg a week coming into the comp you will be well into the single digits, got to stay strict on the diet though its only going to get harder. 

Still on 2,800 calories ?

Na dropped to 2600 from Saturday. I'll evaluate how things go and if needed, I will do cardio but not if I'm losing weight in excess of 1.5kgs a week.

I was 80.0kgs this morning! WTF! Lost 1.2kg in a day. And I had 2960 calories yesterday too. One thing I noticed though was I was thirsty as hell so I was drinking way more water and then during the night I had a dream that I went to the toilet and started pissing and I couldn't stop pissing for like 5 minutes and the toilet was overflowing LOL! It was messed up. And no, I didn't wet the bed. I woke up and I was bursting to pee.

I'm looking tighter though so I'm hoping that it's not muscle that's being lost and mostly fat and water from the clen. I'm going to start taking 1mg ketotifen before bed starting tonight so that I can prevent any desensitisation so that I can hopefully stay at 50mcgs a day. Veins in forearms were definitely more pronounced while working out today. Did some posing this morning and here's a pic of front double and back double.

during the night I had a dream that I went to the toilet and started pissing and I couldn't stop pissing for like 5 minutes and the toilet was overflowing LOL! It was messed up. And no, I didn't wet the bed.

i had a similar dream before when i was about 5 or 6. but i wet the bed. worth it. felt fucking awesome.

 

and losing 1.2kg in a day isnt amazing. its like if you go for a run on a hot day you lose 5kg pretty easy. mostly just water, as im sure youre aware.

look good in your pic too btw. if i was a semi-attractive asian girl i'd tots put out for u on the first date

Clen doesn't have any diuretic properties as far as I'm aware. Just seems weird

what i found in the past from clen, the frist week or so i hold a bit of water from it, after that it kept me dry as, not diuretic dry but you know what i mean, i wasnt running any aas so that might have made a difference.  got some nice vascularity from it though, gave me whips all over me arms.
