Nice weight gains, back looking wide.

What do you contribute the weight gain to? Water retention, body fat, Lean gains? How many cals you hitting at the moment?

Whatever your doing its obviously working so keep it up.

A bit of everything, I would say. Hopefully it's not all fat and water lol. I post weekly pics so you can be the judge of that.

Dunno how many cals atm, I'd say about 3000-4000 on days I'm busy or lazy and just under 5000 when I pack all my lunches and eat a lot. Most meals are clean ie chicken breast, rice, mixed veges etc but one meal a day usually is bought like pizza or McDs.

Went to Hamilton rec centre gym and trained with Jimmybro today. Massive arms, was mirin.

Did deadlifts to start off

70kg x8

Back was pretty stiff when I woke up and the hour and a half drive didn't help either so deadlifts were very average. I was hoping to do a triple on 220 but don't think that was gonna happen. Back is pretty fragile atm so when I was straining to get 200 off the floor, I just left it. Last thing I want is a serious back injury.

Massive set probably 40 reps or so total, brutal as fuark. 6 reps on each weight, went up the stack then back down. Many tears were shed.

Was a good session, took about two hours and was good to catch up with Jimmybro!

I hope I gave you some new ideas for your arm work, that cable set was definitely painful.

Definitely liking that Berto row such a good stretch of the lats.

Might catch you up at the CAPO comp again when I work out if I'm competing or not!

Just got my blood test results back. I've been on Test E 400mgs and 200mgs Deca a week for the last 7 weeks.

Estrogen is <100 pmol/L (less than 100)

Testosterone is >55.5 nmol/L

So testosterone level could be 56, 100 or it could be 200 nmol/L, all I know is it's more than 55.5 nmol/L. That's pretty annoying cos it'd be good to know exactly what it is. Anyway, last time I got tested, I was running 550mgs (or so I thought) and test returned 53.4 nmol/L so this new brand is definitely dosed more accurately. Depends on a lot of factors but at a legit 400mg/week blood levels should be around the 150 nmol/L mark.

Also have been running 12.5mgs Aromasin ED compared to 12.5mgs EOD when I did test last time. Last time Estrogen came back at 255, this time it was under 100. Reference range for males is 50-200 pmol/L. My fucking joints are killing me atm. Back is fucked, it seizes up just walking around and at work just picking up boxes. Shoulders are painful as hell and right elbow is pretty sore too, right knee is also feeling a bit niggly. Estrogen may be too low so I will reduce the dosage of Aromasin to 12.5mgs EOD.

when i got my bloods done my testosterone results were very similar, not giving an exact number just a "more than" sign, which is good in a way, but not really what ya want.

I entered the 90kg class, going to play around with water depletion to see if I can get below 90. Currently 92-93kg.

That will be interesting to see if you can hold your strength. Looking forward to it.

Took some pictures, weighed in at 85.7kgs. Looking very soft and mushy atm. Face is quite round too lol. About to go to the gym for some heavy squats.

I was using 2m T1tan THP knee wraps tonight which are about two years old so really stretchy now. Looking forward to using the 2.5m Metal Silver knee wraps which have only been used for 4 or 5 reps and are stiff as fuark! Should give me about 20-30kgs carryover.

I'd say about 60%?

Off cycle after losing the extra water how much do you reckon you'd weigh in at?

I have no idea to be honest, maybe 83? Currently the plan is to reach 90kgs then maintain there for a few weeks then come off for 6 weeks or so. Then if I don't lose too much from the time off, ill jump back on and start a cut.
