Man, I think I'm sick. Felt tired as yesterday and today. I've had the runs since Saturday afternoon and the DOMS is killing me.

Tried Crossfit today. We did 60 reps of wall balls with 6kgs, 60 kettlebell swings with 20kgs and 60 burpees. 2 rounds, 25 mins. I was battling srs.

The second round of swings, I dropped down to 10kgs cos it was fucking hard as hell, couldn't catch my breath. I ended up getting 210 reps in 25 minutes.

Started 25mgs of dbol today.

80.65kgs.

Just had the shittest workout lol.

Went in intending to do sumo deadlifts and hamstrings but I was tired all day at work and felt lethargic as. I was hoping that once I hit the gym I would liven up but it wasn't so.

79.95kgs wtf. Still had the runs today fml. I have so much DOMS it's not even funny. Biceps and forearms are still sore from armwrestling on Saturday, chest is still sore as f*ck from Monday, and quads, traps and neck are sore from the Crossfit session last night. Usually DOMS doesn't last for more than a day. Also there is a annoying pain in my right femur when I stand on my leg, not sure if it's in the bone or muscle.

Sumo deads didn't feel nearly as good today, my hips were shooting up before the bar and I couldn't generate any speed off the floor. So I just cut my workout short cos I knew it was gonna be unproductive.

jfc man ur attitude sounds really negative the last few days....

ur not gonna get results with that type of thinking

you're already setting yourself up for failure

change ur outlook to something positive, keep the protein up and have your mind have great workouts instead of shit ones

btw if you're feeling real burnt out then rest for a whole week!

Interdasting. I haven't been overtraining, I just caught a bug I think. Gonna take this week off training to recover then get back into it on Monday.

I may drop the armwrestling as although it's really good for my forearms and bicep development, it comes at a cost of my elbow and shoulder joints getting a beating. They ache for days afterwards.

Crossfit will only be one session a week, more for GPP/cardiovascular fitness purposes as I hate doing stationary cardio.

Today I was at home doing nothing so I thought I'd go to the gym and try squat 140kg for 20 reps. I managed to do it although it was fucking brutal. I felt sick afterwards for about an hour and lower back was sore as hell. Fuuuark.

On the 23rd of March, I was 82.7kgs where I was bloated as hell and face was like the moon. Now I actually look normal and I'm still pretty lean which is good. I've made some muscle gains since then. It's back on the dream bulk for me though so I'm gonna be a fat ass for the next 8 weeks lol.

Last night I did my second session of Crossfit. We did 6 rounds of 20 goblet squat thrusters, 20 pushups and 20 kettlebell swings, with a cutoff of 25 minutes. I only used 12kgs but I was smashed about 5 minutes in. I think I ended up getting halfway through the 5th round. My endurance is so bad. I had bad DOMS in chest shoulders and lats from Monday's workout and my shoulders were playing up too so that they were giving me grief when I was doing pushups. It was really refreshing though, cardio should slowly improve with these weekly sessions and I sweated a lot so got rid of a bit of sodium. 82.75kgs last night after CF workout.

Today I worked on hamstrings and calves. After I finished my workout, I worked on clean and jerks for about 20 minutes. Considering I hadn't done them for at least a year, they were pretty good.

What do you think of sumos?

I haven't tried them before, isn't it more emphasis on lower back?

Na it's less bro since you don't have to bend over as much. Less range of motion and you use legs more, especially inner thigh muscles like the adductor and groin. It's quite technical though, if you don't get it right it can be quite hard. I've given it a go in the past but trying it again now. Might just train sumo deads every week but do conv deads every month or so and then decide whether I'm gonna lift sumo or conv at the comp.

Competed in the NZ armwrestling champs yesterday. I got destroyed, only won one out of my 5 matches. I was 81.8kgs and competed in the Under 90kg category so I was about 8kgs lighter than most of them. They all had massive arms and forearms though, was ridicky. I've never seen arms like that in Rotorua, maybe once or twice but the place was full of 18inch+ arms.

Majorflavazz won the U100kg division and ended up going against our other training partner for the overall title which he lost.

It was an awesome comp though and I'm keen to keep going.

Been sick since Monday, had diarrhea on Monday and didn't eat for over 30 hours. Muscle soreness, joint aches and general fatigue were the symptoms. Started eating again this morning as I felt algood when I woke up.

Now my Inzer Hardcore squat suit arrived today, it's a second hand size 32 probably similar to a 38 in T1tan sizing. Took me about 5 minutes to put on by myself but I must have tired myself out too much putting it on. Tried 200kgs and I forgot that suits push you forward so I didn't sit back hard. I ended up going onto my knees and dumping the weights on the safeties. Would've kept going but I was tired from being sick.
