Went to a workmate's leaving drinks on Saturday night. I stayed sober but I went to town and got home at 3am then started work at 6am so I was pretty tired today. Didn't eat much either cos I can't eat when I'm tired.

No-one will ever yell out of their beamer, with the numberplate RAKICH, the words "BIG c*nt" at you.

Very sad day indeed.

Oh well. As long as you get stopped on the main street and called Arnie and get taken photos with. Or get asked "odd questions" by the chick at the counter whether you're a bodybuilder when buying shoes at No. 1 shoe warehouse, or have randoms pulling over and stopping doing bicep flexes at you, or creepy Samoans wanting to touch your biceps... I guess all is Okay, right?

I don't think he's got a chance... I'd just fucken hulk smash him. Jokes... I'm a very peaceful guy... at the moment, cruising on next to nothing and loving it. 8)

I stand by what I said then though, as it's all true, and I was just trying to inspire Lee in a trollish kind of way... you gotta have a bit of fun, right? :pfft:

After a couple of weeks on Tren, people just start commenting... you start hearing the words "bodybuilder", massive, boss etc... and random people always seem to want to talk to you about your training. It's just one of the effects that Tren has on me and I'm sure others experience this as well. Knowing how to use it is a bag of tricks... always end up contemplating whether I will use it again or not after I finish with it.

I would throw in some heavy barbell and dumbbell curls before doing concentration movements like preacher curls.

I don't think chin ups it the biceps that well, just IMO

And whats up with those girly hammer curls. You're warmed up at that stage, jump in the rack somewhere, work up the rack over a few sets till you get to a max-weight, put some guts into the hammer curls... 2-3 heavy sets. Then you can back of 30% or whatever and do those three baby sets on your 10kg.

This is what I do, just a guide

Hammer Curls Both Arms Simultaneously

10kg 10 reps ... quickly move on...

15kg 10 reps ... quickly move on...

20kg 10 reps

25kg 10 reps

30kg 10 reps

35kg 10 reps x 2 sets

20kg 3 sets of 15-20 reps

Forearms fucked

Can't train like a baby when you're enhanced... what's the point?

The first exercise of every body-part that I train gets that treatment. Work up to a max, do a bit there, back off and do some pump/contraction focus... then move on.

You'll be wishing your mother had never given birth to you, that's how much DOMS you get.

U do hammer curls first IDW?

Usually it's my first and only forearm / brachialis exercise that I do.

I find that they can also be a great warmup for a workout. For example, I'd do this by going up the rack on hammer curls while super-setting in a tricep exercise such as rope pull downs going down the stack (once the rope pull-downs get too heavy carry on down the stack with a straight bar attachment).

Main reason I go so light is cos I just feel everything in my delts, and not my biceps. If I go slow and use a lighter weight, I can really get a burn going in my bis. I used to just go heavy and not really feel sore at all the next day, but I've been trying this way for the last few months and I'm more sore the next day.

Interesting first post. You might find you gain more respect if you stopped to introduce yourself before jumping straight in with a comment like this. :?

And in this case, I think Leeroid is quite right to prioritise training his upper body over his legs. His arms need more size. His legs (proportionately) don't. He'd be stupid not to address that.
